Ordering & Delivery Information

All products are made to order and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

To ensure freshness, orders are dispatched from Wednesday to Thursday only. As availability may be limited, we recommend placing your order early to secure your preferred delivery week.

Orders placed after Thursday will be dispatched the following Thursday. Please allow sufficient time for preparation and delivery, especially during busy periods.

If you require delivery on a different day, please contact us by email immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Special Requests

We are happy to accommodate custom orders for events and celebrations. For larger quantities or corporate gifting, please get in touch to arrange a suitable dispatch date and selection.

Please note: this box contains a fixed flavour assortment and cannot be customised.

However, if you require a nut-free selection, please email us after placing your order. We will be happy to substitute flavours containing nuts with available alternatives on the day of dispatch.
