• Gift Cards & Experience Vouchers: valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

• Seasonal Vouchers (Pumpkin Spice Board, Christmas Chocolate Experience): valid only within the stated dates.

• Please note: our shop is closed 22 December – 31 January, and vouchers cannot be redeemed during this period.

• Redemption & Usage:

• Vouchers and gift cards must be redeemed in a single transaction – no partial use or balance carry-over.

• Not redeemable for cash, credit, or exchange. No refunds will be issued.

• Cannot be combined with other promotional offers or discounts unless otherwise stated.
