All products are made to order and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

To ensure freshness, orders are dispatched Thursday only. As availability may be limited, we recommend placing your order early to secure your preferred delivery week.

Orders placed after Thursday will be dispatched the following Thursday.

If you require delivery on a different day, please contact us by email immediately after placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

For orders of 50 boxes or more, please contact us in advance to confirm availability and arrange a suitable delivery schedule. As each box is handcrafted to order, we recommend early enquiries to ensure we can accommodate your event date.
