Prepared with sweetened condensed milk, fresh cream, butter, and Callebaut premium chocolate (cocoa solids and butter, milk solids, sugar, and natural vanilla).

Contains: dairy and soya.
May contain traces of: nuts, peanuts, and gluten.

Shelf Life & Storage

Due to the dairy content, refrigeration is recommended to preserve freshness and texture.

Storage guidelines:

• Store in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 7 days.
• Bring to room temperature (18°C – 21°C) before serving for optimal flavour and texture.
• Avoid temperature fluctuations prior to consumption.

Ordering & Delivery Information

All products are made to order and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days.

To ensure freshness, orders are dispatched on Thursdays only. As some dates may reach capacity, we advise planning ahead and selecting delivery for the following week if needed.

Orders placed after Thursday will be dispatched the following Thursday. Please allow sufficient time for production and delivery, particularly during busy periods.

For urgent orders or alternative delivery days, please contact us by email immediately after placing your order.

For orders of 50 boxes or more, please contact us in advance to confirm availability and arrange a suitable delivery schedule. As each box is handcrafted to order, we recommend early enquiries to ensure we can accommodate your event date.

Special Requests

We are pleased to accommodate custom orders for events and special occasions. Whether you require birthday gifts, wedding favours, or larger party quantities, please contact us to arrange a suitable production and dispatch schedule. Additional flavours are available on request for bulk orders.
